asked the district’ s committee and relevant agencies to settle
problems so that construction of technical and social infrastructure in
those areas can be completed.
The district’s committee was also asked to request investors to make commitments on progress for completing projects.
The Construction Department was asked to oversee and guide relevant agencies to implement such instructions.
At
present, infrastructure, like sewers, water and power systems, schools
and markets, have not been completed at many resettlement areas in the
district, such as Thanh My Loi and Thu Thiem, though residents have
already been settled there.
